Digital marketing agency YDL worked with Endeavor snowboards to define category research, positioning and marketing strategy for its 2010 product line. Endeavor was looking to make the transition from its traditional ‘hard-goods’ focused strategy into the ‘soft-goods’ action sports apparel business at retail.
We helped support this transition by identifying the larger business objectives and linking them directly to financial targets and growth expectations. We also developed a 3-year business plan for Endeavour and created franchise plans for all properties, delivering presentation materials and providing creative direction for all communication vehicles.
